Interests: I am interested in the souls of men. I still believe the power of the Holy Ghost can convict a sinner and cause him to repent and be saved. The Bible says; Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Rom 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Expertise: I have no expertise and count all but dung that I may serve the LORD JESUS CHRIST!

| WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT HELL? Part 2 Last week we examined some of the many evidences in the Bible of the real place called hell. This week we will again examine more of the Bible to show the fact that hell does in fact exist. I stated last week that no matter what one decides to believe in, it does not ever change the Truth! Friend hell has not cooled off even one degree because of your unbelief. May everyone accept the free pardon of sin through Jesus Christ and not have to go to that awful place!Every word the Lord Jesus spoke about hell clearly describes a real place. In Matthew 13, Mark 9, and Luke 12, the Lord Jesus says the unsaved are "cast INTO" or "go INTO" a place – a furnace or a fire. Clearly, He is not referring to a state of existence, but a real place of fire that lost people are "cast into." 41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; 42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. . . . . . . 49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, 50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13 43 And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: 44 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. 45 And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: 46 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. 47 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: 48 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. Mark 9 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him. Luke 12:5 The Bible uses the phrase "cast into" 44 times, and every time, it refers to a real, literal place. The following two scriptures are examples of "cast into" referring to a literal place. And Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter ye shall save alive. Exodus 1:22 Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee; Matthew 4:12 In Matthew 5, the Lord Jesus warns of being physically and bodily cast into hell. The only valid explanation of Matthew 5 is that Jesus is describing an actual event. Any other reading completely destroys the text. 29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. 30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. Matthew 5:29-30 Scores of scriptures confirm hell is a real place. There remains no other conclusion. To read otherwise, demands either willful misinterpretation or the deliberate distortion of the scriptures. | | |
| Back to the Bible WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT HELL? We will examine the “place” of hell in the inerrant, infallible Word of God the King James Bible over the next week or so. I want to give readers the Truth concerning hell as time has somehow seemed to bring people to a state of believing that just because they do not believe something it does not exist. I want to clearly state here that regardless of what anyone believes, the Truth is NOT changed or altered in any way because of our beliefs. I believe the Bible; hell is a real place that people who reject, never receive, or never take notice of the free gift of God through the blood of Jesus Christ our Lord go forever. What does forever mean preacher? Exactly that forever! Anyone at all familiar with the Bible clearly sees that Jesus repeatedly warns of the place called hell. Anyone that doubts that Jesus Christ believed in hell either concedes gross ignorance or deliberate dishonesty. One can not read the Bible and miss the references to hell, as they are unmistakable in the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ himself. Throughout history, man has searched for a magical hammer to chip away at the place of hell. They’ve used mind and madness trying to douse the place called hell. Some have quietly declared hell as a mere state of existence. Others have mystically obscured hell as nothing but symbolism or religious fantasy. Others have taught hell as an endless termination or annihilation. Today’s Bible-rejecting churches bury hell deep in the murky mire of Hebrew and Greek word games, or self-serving scholarship. Whatever the method or whatever the message – the flames of hell are cooling rapidly. While man ridicules and redefines hell – the Bible speaks. God’s Word continues the message of hell. It’s impossible to read the Bible and not realize the Bible describes a literal place called hell. You may reject it. You may refuse to believe it. But you can not ignore it. In Luke 16, the Lord Jesus Christ tells of a terrifying place called hell. The rich man in hell asks Father Abraham to send Lazarus to warn his five brethren, lest they also come to "this place" of torment. For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. Luke 16:28 People attempt to deny the "place" of hell in Luke 16 with the teaching that Jesus is speaking a fictitious "parable," not an actual event. But Jesus never names the people in parables. And in Luke 16, Jesus says, "there was a certain beggar named Lazarus. . ." Jesus Christ begins Luke 16 with the definitive statement, "There WAS a certain rich man. . ." Luke 16 is no parable. 19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, Luke 16:19-20 When the Lord Jesus speaks in "parables," He later explains the parable. In Luke 16, the Lord Jesus gives no "parable" explanation. Luke 16:19-31 stands as told – a real event. You’ll notice Jesus Christ calls Lazarus by his name, but not the rich man. John 10:3, the Lord Jesus says, ". . . he calleth his own sheep by name. . ." Matthew 7:23, He tells the unsaved, "And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." The rich man in hell was just ". . . a certain rich man. . ." The Lord did not know him. He knew of him, but He did not know him. In John 14, the Lord Jesus tells His disciples about the place of heaven. He instructs His disciples that He will go and "prepare a place" for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:3 Heaven is a "prepared place." It is no accident. It is not a state of reality. The Lord Jesus prepared a real place for His children. The Lord Jesus says in Matthew 25:41 that hell also is a "prepared" place. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: Matthew 25:41. Hell is a prepared place. It is a "prepared place" of judgment and wrath. Heaven is a prepared place gleaming with the love of God. Hell is a prepared place burning with the wrath of God. Hell is as real as Heaven. Hell is as much the work of a Holy God as is Heaven. NEXT WEEK: MORE EVIDENCE FROM THE BIBLE | | |
| I believe this is Bible Truth!
II. The attitudes or otherwise known as the devil’s beatitudes;
1. Blessed are those who are too tired, too busy, too distracted to attend Church with their fellow Christians. They are my best workers.
Heb 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
2. Blessed are those Christians who wait to be asked and expect to be thanked. I can use them.
Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
3. Blessed are the touchy who stop going to church. They are my missionaries.
(sure tell you why you should quit too!)
4. Blessed are the troublemakers. They shall be called my children.
Pro 6:16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
Pro 6:17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
Pro 6:18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
Pro 6:19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.
5. Blessed are the complainers. I am all ears to them.
Phi 2:14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
6. Blessed are those who are bored with the pastor’s mannerisms and mistakes, for they get nothing out of the messages.
(better come to get something from God)
7. Blessed is the Church member who expects to be invited to his own Church, for he is part of the problem instead of the solution.
(invitations go to non-members)
8. Blessed are those who gossip, for they shall cause strife and divisions that shall please me.
1Ti 4:7 But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
9. Blessed are those who are easily offended, for they will soon get angry and quit.
Psa 119:165 Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
10. Blessed are those who do not give their tithes and offerings to carry on the Lord’s work, for they are my helpers.
Mal 3:8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
Mal 3:9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.
11. Blessed is he who professes to love God but hates his brother and sister, for he shall be with me forever.
1Jo 3:14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
1Jo 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
1Jo 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
1Jo 3:17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
12. Blessed is all who hear this and think it is about other people and not you, I’ve got you too!
| I almost shut down this site today, but I decided against it. I see the need for TRUTH in this area. I wonder why when all the "religious" give so much of "their light" they can't back it up with scripture from the REAL BIBLE THE KING JAMES A.V. BIBLE? I know why, because it is impossible. Remember the Bible says;
2Pe 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
; Looks like you don't need "their light" Just READ IT AND TAKE IT AS IS!
| I have been watching as I see people drift away from traditional worship and get on board the "old Godless ship" as they would rather drown with it as get on board that "old Gospel ship" and admit God is never changing as this "new contemporary worship" poisons and kills all that is Holy and True in this world. Here is the scripture for you that disagree;
2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
go ahead! I challenge any and all of the contemporary defenders to find "real" scripture to dispute this. I also would like someone to show mw in the "real Bible the King James Bible" what is going on now if I am incorrect. ...................but it will not happen as this is the TRUTH! Please OH LORD let them see they are falling away from no one else but the one they claim as their Saviour YOU OH LORD!
